Summary: Check in was amazing - the woman serving me was so lovely and helpful. Room has amazing views and lovely beds, cant fault it.

Summary: This is our second stay at this hotel, the first time was not a great experience but this time it was with only one downside, the parking. There was next to no parking available when we arrived around 8pm. We lucked out on our second drive round with a park in a gravel area at the back of the hotel but the parking is owned by a third party and is $16 a night. The hotel itself was great.... the person at reception was awesome, really helpful and nothing beats a warm cookie on arrival.... well, except 2 cookies!!!! The bed is super comfortable and the room overall is nice but the lounge is a little small. We had a late check in and left early the next morning so weren't fussed at having a concrete wall and a gravel carpark to look at. If you are there for a view of the lake it would be worth asking for one when you book it.

Summary: Great place to stay, very clean and lovely. Very limited free parking at the hotel - we can ended up paying for parking at $16 a day.

Summary: Clean and comfortable rooms, however hardly any hot water lukewarm at best. Staff were attentive, would have been practical to know before booking that we couldn’t use the adjacent swimming pool at the Hilton without incurring an additional cost.
